Overview

This section shows how to invite users to the platform and how to invite them to an organization. It allows you to invite an existing user or a new one.

From the main user section in the sidebar menu, you can invite, edit and delete the users of the platform if you have administrative privileges:

Also, from the main page of the organization, you can invite users to an organization if you have administrative privileges or if you are the owner of the organization:

Operations

Using the interface, you can do the different operations:

INVITE

Using the +, you can invite an existing user or a new one. You can invite users to the platform or to a specific organization.

If the user is a new one, he will appear in the list with his basic information.

Also, he will receive an email with a link to accept the invitation and set his defaults.

EDIT

By clicking on the Edit option through the list of users:

• You can edit the name and email of the selected user.

• Or you can access to My Profile if you select your own user.

DELETE

By clicking on the Delete option through the list of users, you can remove an user.
